Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We have developed the following policies to maintain our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients.  These policies greatly affect our therapists and our clients ability to secure an appointment. We offer 100% guarantee on all our services. We are here for you as a personal service business and we depend on you as much as you depend on us. Thank you for your continued patronage and support of the Route 10 Body Shoppe and our Staff.
 
Appointment Policy

In order to maximize your visit, please arrive at your schedule appointment time no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full length of your allotted time, schedule permitting. Otherwise, we regret your treatment will still have to end on time, so as not to delay the next scheduled session. 
 
We prepare for your appointment and comfort.  Our therapist perform the following tasks prior to your arrival: Individual therapy room, table, lotion, and towels are heated and prepared for your arrival, music selected, and your chart is reviewed and ready to be documented.
 
 
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Making an appointment with one of our professionals allows us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. Your care and treatment is a priority to us. The following procedure will outline the progression of options available to assist you in cancelling and or rescheduling your session.
 
You may cancel at no charge 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment simply by clicking on the blue tab at the bottom of your E-mail appointment confirmation. Ex:  Manage Your Appointment  or call 610-856-0082. 

To reschedule go to www.route10bodyshoppe.com home or specials page and click on the Gendbook, "booknow" button.
 
For No-Show and Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance you will receive an invoice for 50% of the cost of your session.  The cancellation fee will be waived in the event that this is your first emergency cancellation. Subsequent cancellation or no-show will receive an invoice for 50% of the cost of the session.  
 
To avoid being invoiced for a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance you may offer a friend or family member your appointment time. Notify the Body Shoppe of your replacement prior to the appointment and the session will be offered at a 10% discount.

Your safety is important to us. In the event of a weather related emergency the cancellation fee will be waived.
 
The Route 10 Body Shoppe reserves the right to cancel sessions in the event of utility outages or road closures to ensure your safety and comfort.  You will be notified immediately in such events.  In the event this scenario occurs you will be given top priority for rescheduling.      
 
Seminar Refund Policy
 
Every seminar is 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! We're confident our seminars will provide you with the improved skills, techniques and materials you expect. If you are dissatisfied after attending and sitting through all sessions during the entire day of the seminar, please contact us immediately at the conclusion of the last session of the day.
 
We will arrange for you to attend another one of our seminars or receive a full refund hassle-free. We honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee if you attend all sessions during the day and notify us in person immeadiately at the conclusion of the seminar.  Please note also that we do not reimburse registrants for expenses incurred beyond the tuition/registration fee.
 
Cancellations, transfers and substitutions:  If you must cancel for any reason, notify us via E-mail at trish@route10bodyshoppe.com at least 14 days prior to the seminar you have paid to attend. Your registration will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the seminar are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person via phone 610-856-0082 or email notification up to 24 hours prior to the seminar. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a seminar, The Route 10 Body Shoppe will issue a full credit towards a future seminar or, at its desecration, issue a full refund of the tuition/registration fee. The Route10 Body Shoppe is not responsible for other charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel, travel fees, etc.
